Who
Who's behind it
OS ProjektStudio is a software company with one product in it, built by people who spend most of their time inside other people's small-business software — the shop that runs on a spreadsheet and three tabs, the roastery whose orders live in one person's inbox.
It exists because the same wall keeps coming up. The tools to automate that work have existed for years, and the first screen of every one of them asks for an API key. That is not a small piece of friction for a non-technical owner; it is the end of the conversation. So the question this is an answer to is not what an assistant can do — it is what it can do for somebody who will never open a developer console, and should not have to.
What we are trying to get right
That a person who has never opened a developer console can hand a piece of their week to software and know exactly what it did. Every decision in this product is downstream of that sentence — the pooled keys, the receipts under each reply, the connections screen, and the page that lists what this build cannot do.
