Web search, order lookup, reply drafting, document reading and the morning digest — provisioned the moment your workspace exists, with nothing to configure and no key to paste.
Unlimited people, unlimited channels
There is no seat count in this product and no per-person line on the bill. Charging a business for putting more of its staff near the tool meant to help them is the wrong way round.
Your own accounts, connected
Gmail, Calendar and your storefront, each a one-time approval asked for in the channel where it is needed. Connecting them costs nothing extra; they are yours.
The receipts, on every reply
What each turn took, what it spent, and what it read. Included because an assistant you cannot audit is one you have to take on trust, and that is not a premium feature.
What sits on top
Heavy use is metered. The flat fee covers what a small business actually does in a month; a workspace putting several hundred emails a week through drafting is doing something different, and the figure under each reply is how you would see that coming rather than find out in an invoice.
Past that
A business that outgrows shared infrastructure moves onto its own. That is a conversation rather than a tier on this page, and it is a long way from being anybody's problem yet.
